The project will also include an integrated Retail Centre, a Signature Golf Course accompanied by a Golf Academy and a Sports Centre. Not only this, but also luxurious Hotels; the first to be operated by Accor (Fairmont Hotel) with 300 Keys, Fairmont Branded Residences with 100 Apartments and 50 Fairmont Branded Villas. Other phases will include International Hotels and Branded Residences, with Integrated Conference Centre and various other Recreational Facilities. Hexagon is carrying on the Design Management Services of the project, from Pre-Design Phase till producing fully Coordinated Tender Documents, working closely and managing professional specialized Consultants for each discipline.
