The historical building since 1841— has a strategic location in the heart of Cairo's most prestigious area "Garden City —Downtown"— over looking the Nile. The Hotel is owned by E.G.O.T.H, and in Mar 2020, the Owner signed an agreement with AI-Sharif Group Holding to build, own and operate the project. The Hotel will be operated by the luxurious world wide brand "Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group". The Hotel comprises (268) keys divided between the existing Building (198 keys) and the remaining (70 keys) in the new Annex Building.
